I have been fuming sporadically as articles similar to my blogpost keep appearing in this newspaper .The most recent plagarized article is Bad Role Models published on 2-9-2011,Hyderabad Chronicle Page 22,plagarized from my blog post Wrong Role Models dated 20-5-2011.However this is not the first time.I had written about Prince Charles’ receding hairling and how theres not enough cash in the royal treasury to treat his hair prior to his wedding date in my blog and they plagarized that too published it.Blogs are an easy way for such newspapers to easily find articles on the net and edit it and publish it as they like without prior permission or notice to the authors of the blogs/websites.Any you think Corruption is the only thing to fight for..Is there an Anna Hazare to take care of plagarizm?Ideas are divine bequests,bestowed upon thinking people and not a fodder for such gimcracks who assume some work in such newspapers.
Bloggers beware, Newspapers such as Deccan Chronicle might just plague your blogs to feed their papers.They prefer knavish plagarism to hiring skilled writers.All they do is click pics of terribly dressed Hyd Pg3 and publish them instead of posting original content.So unartistic and repugnant is the taste of these shutterbugs that you end up seeing same faces on and on and on and their style doesnt even change.Inspite of shooting a mail to the editor about the same,they dont have the basic decency or professionalism to revert back.
P.S:Bloggers beware…you posts and blogs might just find a way to such newspapers without your permission or credit given to you.and that too with crafty edits and similar titles.
Now this is a genuine concern of all the awesome bloggers around the world to ponder..
